What does the “Plus” stand for in Magnesium Plus?
Besides magnesium, we’ve included three critical micronutrients our formula: Vitamins D3, K2, and Zinc.
- Vitamin D3 is a fat-soluble vitamin that can be produced by the skin with enough sunlight exposure. However, as many as 70% of American adults are considered deficient in Vitamin D, particularly during winter months. Zinc deficiency results in impaired immunity and is common in athletes because of heavy sweat losses.
